I’d like to take a moment to discuss some news things coming to Vapor Talk over the next couple weeks
Vapor Talk Black Line – US made eliquid.
There is a huge demand for US mixed and made eLiquids. This is even more important with future PMTA applications on the horizon. (Those mother…) I’ve spent the last year working with an awesome team developing a new line of e liquids for Vapor Talk. We now have our own mixing facility and bottling line based here in the US. We’re also working on future FDA compliance to ensure we can serve you for many more years to come. Look out for these new liquids to launch mid next week!
Vapor Talk Asia
A diverse company is vital to surviving the future US market. It’s come full circle and with an enormous amount of work, Vapor Talk Asia will launch with a multimillion dollar investment. We’ll be offering US made products and eLiquids to our friends overseas. We’re due to launch the 4th quarter of this year and I’ll be visiting Beijing next month to snap some photos and videos.
Vapor Talk Europe
This is still very much in its early stage, especially with the recent “Brexit” ordeal but we have plans to launch Vapor Talk in Europe which when complete, will give Vapor Talk a global presence.
The Vapor Talk Store
Holy Moly batman did the Vapor Talk Online store need some love. I feel like some of the vaping products up for sale dated back to the days of VHS. (Can you believe we actually had an epipe from 2011 in stock :lol:) The VT online store is going to become one of my main focus points. We have tons of new products in our retail stores but most of it isn’t listed online. I spent most of the weekend fixing the store categories to make it more easier to navigate while removing old outdated products. Here are some other changes:
- Better tracking notification when ordering. Currently an employee has to manually send out the tracking information. More often than not, customers don’t receive their tracking numbers. This will become automated and there will be a “track my order” link in the store you can manually click to locate your order.
- New inventory – We’ll be adding quite a few new products to the store. (Actually they’re already there, just not listed online)
- Pricing adjustments – While some of our items are priced fairly well, there are a number of products that have outdated pricing. This will be updated and resolved. Deborah and I have also gone through and added a ton of old products to the discontinued category. This will make it easier to navigate what’s actually available.
- Points and Rewards – The Points and Rewards system is back (and working)
- Waitlist – Half of the support tickets are questions about when XYZ will be back in stock. You can now simply select which items you want notifications on from the product page. Once it’s back in stock, you’ll be notified. Ideally, we won’t go out of stock in the first place when our new inventory system is integrated. (And by new inventory system I mean a giant whip I ordered off eBay)
- New Black Line – Most of Vapor Talk’s black line just arrived in the store. Bare with me while we get the new pages up. I’m looking forward to this the most.
- 2 hour support response time
- Faster processing times. In fact, I’m working to launch a new program. Your order processed in 24 hours or it’s free. Online stores are only convenient if your order arrives quickly, while we’re no amazon, I will make this a reality again. Time to block Netflix from the Warehouse
